[ Information about the singer]

Sharon is originally from Mumbai, India, she live in Sweden and she started singing in orchestras groups and different music in India and abroad. She used to sing with Johnny Lever's (Bollywood Comedian) music group. She has recorded an album (Kreshma) with an Afghan singer Humayon. The music album is composed by a young composer Huzaifa from Birmingham, U.K. produced by Ghulam Khan, U.K.

She says since I sing my first Pashto song, I have been taken up the challenge of singing in Pashto without an accent and I had worked very hard and some of my fan/listeners think that I am a Pashtoon and sometimes my fan/listeners write me Pashto, which is very flattering, there is very little difference between our music and culture. I have also recorded a solo album, (Sta De Mehfil) which will be released soon.

My favorites Indian singers are Asha Bhosle, Lata and Mohammad Rafi and my favorites Afghani singers are Heydaytullah,  Rahim Shah and Farhad Darya and I am planning to record more songs in Pashto and Dari (Farsi) Inshallah.
